Door-to-Door Karachi Property Survey

The Karachi Property Survey is a door-to-door Urban Immovable Property Tax (UIPT) survey under the CLICK project, led by the Local Government Department, Government of Sindh. It is aimed at collecting and digitizing property data across all 25 Town Municipal Corporations (TMCs) of Karachi.

Utilizing advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) and Management Information System (MIS) technologies, the survey covers residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This essential data will support better urban planning, efficient resource allocation, and the development of targeted strategies for sustainable growth. By identifying areas lacking basic services, the survey will enable focused interventions and investments, helping to shape a more inclusive and well-managed future for Karachi.

Residents are encouraged to cooperate with the survey team by providing accurate information to support this crucial initiative.
